Very conveniently located, good option for people most focused on sight seeing. Easy to check in and out, deposit was released almost immediately. We were also able to leave our luggage after checking out. The room was clean and more spacious than we expected (although a bit awkwardly shaped), same goes for the bathroom. Useful amenities (hairdryer, kettle, mini fridge). Considering the prices in central Manhattan, this place offers very good quality - I honestly don't know why the review score is below 7...

The bed was quite comfortable, the staff was very nice, especially the fact that they helped immediately when there were some issues with the water, and the location was pretty good. Very big plus that the deposit was accepted in cash and was returned upon the checkout, without needing to wait for the credit card release. Another positive is that the bathroom had soap, shampoo and shower gel.

I like it that the hotel is close to the area I wanted to spend the time most, also close to the subway and bus stop. The bed and pillows are also SUPER comfy - LOVE them. The bathroom is also spacious for the size of the bed. I like that the window can be opened for fresh air, although in some nights smoke smell comes into the room so I have to close the window. Staffs area also super friendly and helpful with tips around the hotel and bag storage and late check out. I enjoyed my 3 nights stay at the hotel. The water kettle, little fridge and little safe deposit box come very handy.

Great location, only a few blocks from Penn Station. The hotel was easy to find and the staff were excellent. The room was tidy and clean. The one mattress was a bit soft, but fortunately I had another bed in the room that was great. Overall, a nice, comfortable place that was perfect for what I needed, which was a convenient room for an overnight stay. And they were kind enough to hold my bag for most of the next day!

The location was perfect. in peak of time square, it was exactly what we needed. To me, The bed was extremely comfortable but for my fiance whose a bit bigger, said he felt like he was sinking constantly into the bed. The room was clean and well put together. The decorations, the lighting features, the safe, and the comfortablility was amazing. Also in the room we were in, i couldnt hear anyone in their rooms, only if they were in the hallways. The employees were amazing and very attentive, they respected wishes, boundaries and helped me when i accidentally booked for the wrong night. Highlyyyy recommend

I got in quite early. 8am. Since I had a reservation I was able to store my bag for free, they offer baggage storage for other travels who are not staying with the them so they get a lot of traffic on the lobby at times. They have 1 microwave in the lobby and once you exit the building you are a 10 minute walk from times square and 20 minute walk from central Park. A 10 minute walk from Penn station which is convenient.

This provided great value for money based on the location right in the heart of Manhattan. The property is clean, well maintained, has been well maintained, had a modern bathroom and was top of the range for a 2* property.

Great location midtown, near Broadway and within walking distance of most attractions in Manhattan. Subway was about 4 blocks away, so pretty convenient too. Room was wonderfully cosy, and had mini fridge as well as a small kettle, amenities i didnt have at a more branded hotel at Grand Central, so kudos!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is only a couple of blocks from the subway, Times Square and lots of other key attractions. Room was basic, but very clean, comfy and quiet (most of the time!) so perfect for using as just a base to sleep. I would happily stay there again.

The staff, the bedding, the AC, water dispenser in the lobby for employees only that they let us use to refill our water bottles. They extended us a complimentary early check in which we really appreciated.
